Butterfly Flower Tea
Commonly known as Blue Tea flowers, this tea is used for many medicinal purposes in ancient India medicine text. It imparts its blue colour when steeped in warm or hot water, as well as add colour to various foods such as the asian Nasi Kerabu. It is commonly mixed with honey and lemon, to be drank after dinner or a relaxing spa treatment.
