Lapsang Souchong Black Tea
One of the most famous Chinese black teas, Lapsang Souchong is grown in the Wuyi Mountains in the northeastern part of Fujian Province. Souchong leaves are slowly withered and smoked, to produce a complex tea. Incredibly distinctive in flavour and aroma, this tea is a must try!
