Bloating can be due to swallowing air when you eat too fast. Take your time to chew and swallow slowly instead of gulping your food down.

Deep fried and oily foods are bound to cause bloating and discomfort due to the high content of fat and oil. These foods are high in calorie content as well – leading to weight gain.
