Burpees (30 seconds work)

1 minute recovery

Squat Jumps (30 seconds work)

1 minute recovery

Knee Highs (30 seconds work)

1 minute recovery

Jumping Lunges (30 seconds work)

1 minute recovery

Mountain Climbers (30 seconds work)

1 minute recovery

Repeat entire routine X 2


Push as hard as you can during the 30 seconds work period without stopping! Maximum effort is the key to heart rate elevation and fat burn. During the 1 minute recovery period, jog slowly in place.
